The full ceremony — we bring the garden to you. Eight varieties of the season's best stems, buckets of lush greenery, and everything prepped so your guests simply gather, choose, and tie. No mess, no lifting; we set up and pack down.

A 50% deposit secures your date at booking, with the balance due 4 days before your event. A $100 cash bond is collected on drop off and returned on pickup. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

The Bloom Bar Experience questions

How long does the Bloom Bar Experience take to set up?

We arrive 45–60 minutes ahead of your start time to prep stems and dress the stand, and pack down within about 30 minutes once your guests are done. You don't need to lift a finger either side.

What's the minimum number of guests?

The $550 base price covers up to 22 guests. Beyond that it's $20 per additional person — let us know your headcount when you book so we bring enough stems.

Is a staff member with us the whole time?

Yes — the Experience is staffed. We run the demo, keep buckets topped up, and help anyone who gets stuck, from setup through to pack down.

How far out do you travel for the Bloom Bar Experience?

We're based in Alphington and travel across greater Melbourne — as far out as Dandenong and similarly-distanced suburbs. Get in touch if you're just outside that area and we'll see what we can do.

Do I need to pay the full amount up front?

No — a 50% deposit secures your date at booking, with the remaining balance due 4 days before your event. We'll be in touch beforehand to arrange payment of the balance.
